I have been running since the Summer of 2016
Current Mile Time: 6:49

Short-Term Running Goals:

For XC I'm aiming for a 22 minutes 5k

For Track I'm aiming for a 6:15 minute mile

Ran Varitsty before high school is over.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I want to be able to run a marathon.

Minutes: 44

Longest run of the season so far! Although I tripped during the run, I enjoyed running. The run was definitely hard because I'm sore from my hike on Friday and Saturday, but very proud of myself for getting 44 minutes. I hope to continue getting higher minutes.

Weeks Goals: Make it on time to practice. Get to bed by 9:30, and keep rolling and icing everyday.

I got my friend out for this run. Sadly she didn't like it and might not be coming again.

This run was really hard. I was super tired and did not want to run at all.

This run was much better than Thursday. I ran with Jason and Jake which was really fun. Jason is super funny. I think running somewhere else definitely helped the run go faster along with the fact that I got a little more sleep than Thursday.
