Cameron came home so I didn't even think I'd be able to get my run in. So I wasn't ready to run, and didn't get up to 45 minutes.

Cam and I were late so we tried to catch up with everyone, but we never could find anyone. We were running really fast at the beginning and kept up the pace for most of it. We found a dog. Well it found us, and followed us the rest of the run. Even onto a Main Street, almost getting hit by a car. Overall the run was rad, and I went a fast pace, I'm gonna keep that up, and try to run with the top girls more.

Rad thing of the day: My uncle ran the marathon and I got to see him at the aid station

I started off farther back then I wanted to be, but I caught up to Ashlee and Anna like I wanted. I pushed through the pain, but let that last hill slow me down. I wonder what my time would be if I had just pushed up that hill. I might have gotten my goal: 22:59

Had to wake up really early to go run. It was a nice run, but pretty datroleplayingsquad pace. I can feel it right now, but it might have also been the fact that I walked all over Disneyland today. Oh and tomorrow I'm waking up even early to run, so I gotta get to sleep, and switch my runs around. Today I did what was planned for Thursday. And tomorrow I'll be doing what was planned for today.

Rad Thing of the Day: Gotta go to Disneyland with my favorite brothers. Aka all of them.

Didn't feel very good all day. I didn't sleep very well and didn't feel like eating at all. I did force myself to eat a little bit for lunch.

Cheering was fun and the girls and boys both did amazing.

I stayed with the top girls for 10 minutes, then began to fall off. I turned back before they did and even though my legs were in so much pain and I could barley breath, it was one of the best runs I've had in a long time. Ready for great things to happen in my coming years of XC. In my last blog post I said I was going to run at state next year, this is only going to happen if I start to put in the work today. I'm going to keep pushing myself during this post season, and I'm going to PR by a lot at Nike. I'm going to keep trying to stay with the top girls, eventually. Hopefully before track season though

Rad thing of the day: Despite sleeping in until 8 am I made it to school on time :)

I stayed with the top girls for 13 minutes, and then my legs started to realize just how fast I was going and I fell way back. Coming back was all up hill and it killed

I woke up at 11 and knew that I needed to get up and run but just didn’t have the motivation. Cameron come into my room a few minutes later and asked if I wanted to run. I agreed and we went and did dino cliffs trail. It was really fun just to be away from all the noise of traffic and see the beautiful world we live in. It was kinda hard for me to breath the whole time, but i got use to it and was able to do the full 60 minutes. Overall the run was great, but I was glad to get back to the car and be able to stop and drink some water.

Sadly Anna had to go to dance so she didn’t get to run very long with me. I didn’t feel very good. Probably have just been getting a lot of minutes in that my legs aren’t use to anymore.

I was going to go to morning practice but after yesterday’s run I decided I needed to sleep in. I was excited for the workout, plus Anna could run with me the whole time. We did the 3k 5k 8k 8k 5k 3k workout. It felt really good. The last 3 minute coach holt come and ran the last 20 seconds with us pushing us through it. The rest of the 3 minutes coach Roberts was yelling at Anna to push with me, and everytime he said that I would go faster. During the workout, everytime I wanted to walk, I would think of Nike and how I want to PR at the race.

Rad Thing of The Day: I learned about not real numbers in math and it made sense.
