I haven't ran in a month and it was really hard to run 20 minutes.

I love grass runs, you just get to talk to a lot of people and get to know them. Plus splash them all with water. I also just love doing striders. They're my favorite. I did 7 of them. I was hoping to get 8, but I just got to tired and didn't want to kill myself the second day of practice.

Today was hard. I'm so sore from the last two days. I'm going to take what Coach said into account, and roll, ice, and strech to prevent any injuries. As for the run, I only had to walk twice, and Ashlee and Anna were there to push me. It's really nice to have running buddies, that know what you can do, and helps you do it. Really hyped for XC with them

Its so hard to get to bed on time, when my family stays up until 10 PM. I haven't been getting enough sleep, and have waken up late and been late to practice everyday. I was really sore as I started my run, but pushed through it to about 8 minutes before I had to walk. I walked for a short distance (cause Anna was there to push me) and turned around a little after 10 minutes. I walked a lot on the way back, talking to the new freshman. I love getting to know the new people on our team. I got back took off my shoes and joined Ashlee and a bunch of other girls in striders. I did 6 (the first 3 were easy, the last 3 were really hard). I then went over and talked to Hailey and Brianna and stretched.

Goals: Get to bed on time so I can be on time to practice. Talk to someone new everyday at practice. Roll and Ice

Run was really hard, but I got to talk to Anna and Landon, which was really fun.

I was on time to practice...kinda. It was definitely an improvement. I'm getting there. Hopefully, I can keep making it on time. As for my run, it felt great. Anna and I went around the dirt mile once, before heading back. We got back a little earlier then expected so I went 5 more minutes around the track. 

Goals: Roll & Ice. Run everyday especially Saturday

Anna and I had to stop to fix her watch at the very beginning of our run, so we were behind everyone. We then ran our 15 minutes on the road then went to the grass. The grass run was really cold. My feet were numb but I still got my minutes in and 6 striders.

Goals: Keep getting top of my minutes, keep rolling and icing.

I won't be making it to weights today, but hopefully I'll be able to go on Thrusday.

The run was hard. Ashlee and Maryann both pushed me to keep up with them and I did stay with them the whole run. I'm really glad they pushed me and I actually challenged myself.

I was late to practice today. I did not get to bed on time and woke up late. It was really disappointing that Anna or Ashlee was not at practice, and I didn't have anyone to run with. I did finally catch up with Landon and ran with him for awhile before him and the freshman boys got ahead of me. It was really nice to go a little longer than normal and I'm glad I got out of bed to go run.

I won't be at practice tomorrow because I'm going on a overnight hike.

Goals: Run on Saturday

Longest run of the season so far! Although I tripped during the run, I enjoyed running. The run was definitely hard because I'm sore from my hike on Friday and Saturday, but very proud of myself for getting 44 minutes. I hope to continue getting higher minutes.

Weeks Goals: Make it on time to practice. Get to bed by 9:30, and keep rolling and icing everyday.

This run was really hard. I was super tired and did not want to run at all.

This run was much better than Thursday. I ran with Jason and Jake which was really fun. Jason is super funny. I think running somewhere else definitely helped the run go faster along with the fact that I got a little more sleep than Thursday.
